Warehouse & Delivery Driver - Indy

Rush Transportation & Logistics is seeking a dependable Warehouse & Delivery Driver to join our Indianapolis-area team. This blended role combines hands-on warehouse work with local delivery driving, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and staying active throughout the day rather than sitting behind a desk. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, and staging freight, operating a company vehicle to complete local delivery routes, performing basic warehouse duties such as receiving and inventory checks, and maintaining accurate delivery records while communicating with dispatch and the warehouse team. Safety is a top priority in both the warehouse and on the road.

Monday - Friday position with occasional weekend work as needed.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check, MVR (motor vehicle record) check, and drug screen
• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 75 pounds
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with a physically active role
• Available Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM (must be flexible with hours as needed)
• Prior warehouse and delivery experience preferred
• CDL not required

Wage Range: 16.00 - 18.00 per hour
