Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, working closely with them in person to understand needs, manage expectations, and build trust.
Project Coordination & SDLC Management: Navigate the SDLC using tools like JIRA and Confluence to keep track of priorities, documentation, and timelines.
Stakeholder Communication: Deliver confident, clear, and strategic updates to senior leadership and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
Priority Juggling: Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of the bigger strategic picture.

Executive Presence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
Onsite Collaboration: Ability to work onsite at least 2–3 days a week to maintain a strong physical presence with the client and internal teams.

SDLC Exposure: Solid foundational knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating and managing workflows in JIRA and Confluence.

Quick & Sharp: A proven track record of working efficiently in fast-paced environments and managing multiple competing priorities.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand high-level strategic goals and confidently articulate them to senior stakeholders.

Automotive Industry Experience: Prior experience within the automotive sector (in any capacity, not strictly telematics) is a major plus.
