Account Executive

My client is a rapidly growing Medicare Home Health provider in Florida. They are actively expanding across the State and are looking for ambitious Account Executives to support their growth plans towards a 1,000-patient census.

The Role

• Drive Medicare admissions throughout Port St Lucie and surrounding territories
• Build and nurture relationships with physicians, hospitals, ALFs, case managers and other referral sources
• Manage your territory with complete autonomy
• Generate referrals and grow census numbers
• Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure a seamless referral process
• Represent the company at networking and community events
• Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets

Required Competencies

• Home Health or Home Care sales experience
• Existing book of business within Port St Lucie preferred
• Proven ability to generate referrals and admissions
• Ambitious and growth-oriented mindset
• Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• High levels of integrity and professionalism

Benefits

• Base salary of $115,000 - $130,000+ (higher for exceptional performers)
