Job Overview
The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for providing all facets of recruiting support for our franchise owners to ensure their hiring practices represent the Christian Brothers Automotive brand well. The Recruiting Specialist achieves this by actively supporting and training our franchise owners, as well as fielding their support requests. We offer guidance in effective job posting, active recruiting, interviewing tactics, and other areas of staffing support. Christian Brothers Recruiters also directly train new franchise owners in best practices.

Requirements
Responsibilities
- Fielding franchisee support requests
- Reaching out to franchise owners on a daily basis to coordinate support
- Updating candidates applications with new information as they provide it
- Forward potential candidates to franchise owners in their area
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
- Assist franchise owners in advertising their openings
- Utilize and master digital sourcing and recruiting methods
- Training franchisees in effective recruiting best practices
- Networking through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees
- Other tasks, responsibilities, or duties, as directed by management
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to work across departments and foster teamwork
- Detail-oriented, with a drive for excellence and strong organizational skills
- Skilled at gathering and analyzing information to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Comfortable using AI and database management/record-keeping systems; experience with applicant tracking systems such as SmartRecruiters and Workable a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
Physical Requirements
- Occasionally bending, twisting, and turning.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
