About the Role

FLATS is seeking a customer-focused Concierge to provide front desk coverage and support daily

operations at our residential community. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for

residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming, secure, and well-maintained environment. You will

assist with resident needs, monitor building activity, and help maintain the overall appearance and

functionality of common areas. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone with strong

customer service skills, and experience in concierge, hospitality, or similar front-facing roles is a

plus.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome residents and guests — be the friendly, reliable face of the building
  • Manage guest access and monitor lobby activity to maintain a secure environment
  • Assist residents with questions, requests, and day-to-day needs
  • Keep the lobby and common areas clean, organized, and presentable
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure everything is in order
  • Handle packages and organize deliveries efficiently
  • Monitor cameras and building access points
  • Complete opening/closing procedures and communicate important updates

Requirements

  • Concierge, front desk, or hospitality experience (strong plus)
  • Someone reliable — shows up on time and takes ownership of their shift
  • Comfortable working independently and making judgment calls when needed
  • Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure
  • Detail-oriented — notices when something is off and takes action
