Junior Accountant

We are hiring a Junior Accountant to keep our books tight and our cash flow moving as fast as our factory floor.

You will:

• Work directly with Financial Controller
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable support
• Invoicing, payments, and collections
• Reconcile vendor accounts
• Work closely with the finance team to keep our numbers accurate and current
• Support month end close and reporting
• Work across every department to keep material, orders, and people flowing
• Never someone who says "that's not my job”

You should be:

• Early career. 0 to 2 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Sharp with practical math. Numbers, reconciliations, and detail work don't scare you
• Urgent, organized, and fast
• Low ego, high agency. You handle what's in front of you and ask for help when you need it

This role is full time, in person in Metro-Detroit.

Compensation Range: $50K - $60K
