Clinical Nurse Manager – Critical Care – Full Time - Nights

In the role of Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM), you will assist Patient Care Director with facilitating efficient, cost-effective operations of our 12-bed Medical-Surgical ICU and 25-bed Medical Stepdown Unit. You will also collaborate with leaders at all levels to establish short-term and long-term enterprise goals.

This is a full-time night shift leadership position working 10pm to 8am (4 shifts/week) at New York-Presbyterian, Allen Hospital.

Preferred Criteria:

• Experience caring for critically-ill adults

• Clinical certification

• Master’s degree in nursing

Required Criteria:

• At least two years of acute care RN experience

• Demonstrated leadership skills as a charge nurse

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Current New York State RN license

• BCLS certification

Salary Range

$145,000-$168,000/Annual
