We believe the future of healthcare is in regenerative medicine and advanced medical technology. Through a comprehensive and personalized approach, we help patients with orthopedic pain and injuries explore non-surgical treatment options designed to improve function and quality of life.

Our goal is to redefine pain management and do our part to advance the adoption of stem cell technologies, one patient at a time.

As a small company, we are looking for team members who share our passion for changing lives and value the challenge and growth that come with working in this industry.

About the Role

As the Treatment Coordinator, you will be the face of the regenerative medicine branch of our business. You will manage the relationship between the patients and the medical team, ensuring clear communication, and driving revenue through high-value treatment plan sales.

You will speak primarily with patients who have requested information or already completed an evaluation with one of our medical providers. Your primary objective will be to build trust, address concerns, explain treatment pricing and financing options, and guide patients confidently through the decision-making process.

This position is ideal for someone with experience selling high-ticket services directly to consumers, who thrives in an autonomous role and wants to grow into a sales leadership position as our company expands.

What You’ll Be Selling

You will help patients access personalized, non-surgical treatments for orthopedic pain and injuries. Treatment plans may include PRP, bone marrow-based procedures, shockwave therapy, and other complementary services. These are high-value, cash-pay treatment plans recommended by our medical providers.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the patient pipeline using HubSpot.
  • Call new leads, send emails, and schedule patient evaluations.
  • Increase lead-to-evaluation and evaluation-to-treatment conversion rates.
  • Speak with patients after their evaluations to discuss treatment pricing and financing options.
  • Build trust, address concerns, and help patients make informed decisions.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by building trust, addressing patient concerns, and ensuring payments are collected.
  • Follow up with patients after treatment to support a successful recovery and maintain an ongoing relationship.
  • Recommend complementary treatments and financing options to improve outcomes and accessibility.

This Role Is Best If You Have

  • 2+ years of sales experience in medical services, med spas, luxury services, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven success in high-ticket consultative sales and relationship building.
  • A confident, polished, and professional presence in patient-facing environments.
  • The ability to communicate with skeptical or hesitant patients.
  • A passion for health, wellness, and delivering a premium patient experience.
  • Experience in leadership, managing projects, or working in small businesses.
