We are seeking a motivated Business Development Coordinator I to provide administrative, analytical, and coordination support to the Business Development Department, specifically within the Case Design function. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, case illustration support, proposal preparation, workflow tracking, case documentation management, and process improvement coordination.

This role supports the Sales Team and Case Designers by helping ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality case design deliverables. The position is well-suited for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining exposure to executive benefit concepts, case design development, and sales support operations. First and foremost, this position should manage responsibilities proficiently, demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm for development, be fundamentally solution-oriented, and exemplify a high level of professionalism.

Strengths, Attitude, Experience, and Requirements

· Support Case Designers and Sales Team with case illustrations, proposals, and internal worksheets.

· Maintain case design templates, tracking systems, and supporting documentation.

· Perform quality checks and assist with in-force illustrations and presentation materials.

· Track case requests, deadlines, and revisions to ensure timely workflow.

· Coordinate communication between Sales, Analysts, Case Managers, and Account Managers.

· Maintain organized electronic case files and assist with process documentation updates.

· Participate in training to build knowledge of executive benefit plan structures and compliance basics.

· Prepare materials for client meetings and respond to internal case status inquiries.

· Provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President and assist with special projects.

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· 1–3 years of administrative, operational, or office support experience.

· Executive benefits or life insurance knowledge preferred but not required.

· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

· Experience with Salesforce, reporting tools, or data analysis is a plus.

· Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.

· Attentive to detail; accurate, organized, and dependable.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills.

· Exhibits professional conduct and discretion when handling confidential information.

· Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Hybrid Schedule

3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
