Position Summary

The Architectural Project Manager / Project Architect is a hands-on project leadership role responsible for managing assigned projects from initiation through closeout while also contributing to programming, planning, design coordination, technical problem-solving, detailing, consultant coordination, and construction administration.

This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, agencies, and internal team members. The position requires both project-management capability and project-architect judgment, including the ability to manage scope, schedule, fee, staffing, deliverables, code coordination, technical documentation, field conditions, and construction-phase issues.

The ideal candidate is an experienced architectural professional who can lead multiple projects concurrently, communicate clearly, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, solve practical design and technical problems, and help move projects forward with limited day-to-day direction from Principals.

Who This Role Is For

This role is well suited for an experienced architectural professional who is comfortable leading multiple active projects, coordinating consultants, communicating directly with clients, managing scope and fee, and helping internal teams move work forward with limited day-to-day direction.

The ideal candidate is technically grounded, organized, responsive, and comfortable working on existing-building and repeat-client projects where field conditions, agency requirements, consultant coordination, and construction-phase judgment are critical.
