Construction Manager / Owner's Representative – Hyperscale Data Center

KGO is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Owner's Representative to support a major hyperscale data center development in the Levittown, Pennsylvania area.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a construction professional who thrives in fast-paced, technically complex environments and enjoys serving as the owner's trusted representative throughout construction, commissioning, and project closeout.

What You'll Do

As the Owner's Representative, you will act as the primary liaison between the owner, general contractor, design team, OFCI vendors, and commissioning teams to help ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Responsibilities include:

• Represent the owner's interests throughout construction and project closeout.
• Coordinate activities between the General Contractor, subcontractors, OFCI vendors, design consultants, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor project schedule, quality, cost impacts, and construction progress.
• Review and evaluate change orders, payment applications, RFIs, and project correspondence.
• Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation and acceleration strategies.
• Track delivery and installation of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment.
• Participate in weekly project meetings, site walks, and executive progress reviews.
• Monitor contractor compliance with project requirements and promptly escalate issues.
• Support commissioning activities and integrated systems testing.
• Manage punch lists, closeout documentation, warranty items, and turnover activities.
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and provide timely reporting.

Qualifications

We're looking for professionals who possess:

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial construction management experience.
• Previous experience serving as an Owner's Representative, Construction Manager, Senior Superintendent, or Project Manager.
• Data center, mission-critical, industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, manufacturing, or large commercial construction experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, commissioning, project controls, and contractor management.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in complex construction environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
