Project Manager - Retail/Commercial - Milwaukee, WI

Responsibilities:

• Acts as the primary liaison with the client, contractor and project team;
• Ensures timely communications throughout all project phases, develops and maintains meeting minutes, and follows up on all action items;
• Negotiates, develops, monitors and controls the scope of deliverables, work plans, schedules and budgets for all project stages;
• Leads and attends regular coordination meetings for all architectural and engineering disciplines in all project phases;
• Develops a detailed work plan for all architectural and engineering disciplines, allocates hours to the work plan and monitors project progress weekly;
• Ensures close client relationships are maintained through regular contact; stays informed of changing needs and direction.

Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit;
• Registered Architect, a plus;
• B. Arch or related equivalent;
• Experience in project management and architectural design;
• LEED AP, a plus;
• Ability to travel.
