Technique Flooring is one of Central Texas' fastest-growing flooring companies, with two showrooms serving Killeen and Temple. We specialize in residential, commercial, new construction, multifamily, and property management flooring projects. We're looking for an experienced Commercial Flooring Sales Representative to help us continue our aggressive growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're not looking for someone new to the industry. We want a proven commercial flooring salesperson who already understands the business, knows how to estimate and sell commercial flooring projects, and ideally has existing relationships with:

- General Contractors

- Property Management Companies

- Hospitals & Healthcare Facilities

- Schools & Universities

- Government & Military Facilities

- Municipalities

- Industrial & Manufacturing Facilities

If you already have established commercial accounts, that's a major plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate new commercial flooring opportunities

- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, property managers, builders, and facility managers

- Bid commercial flooring projects

- Perform takeoffs and estimates

- Conduct jobsite visits and customer meetings

- Manage projects from sale through completion

- Meet monthly sales goals

- Work with our operations team to ensure successful installations

REQUIREMENTS

- Commercial flooring sales experience is required

- Knowledge of carpet, LVT/LVP, tile, sheet vinyl, rubber flooring, VCT, epoxy, and related commercial products

- Strong estimating and bid experience

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

COMPENSATION — COMMISSION-BASED

- Higher commission rates on self-generated accounts
