Key Responsibilities For The Transportation & Export Coordinator

Coordinate daily container pickups and deliveries between farm operations and port facilities
Create and maintain transportation and export shipping schedules
Communicate with trucking companies, dispatchers, drivers, terminals, and steamship lines
Monitor container movements, vessel schedules, equipment availability, and shipping deadlines
Track shipments through terminal delivery and vessel departure
Maintain accurate transportation records and ERP system data

2-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, trucking, supply chain, shipping, agriculture, or export operations
Experience coordinating transportation schedules, pickups, deliveries, or drivers
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
