Ocala Oaks Rehabilitation Center is searching for the right Director of Admissions to lead our Center’s Census Development process and Manage Situations For Positive Outcomes. If you have an established track record of building positive census development relationships and enjoy working with a team that shows a Caring Approach In Everything They Do, this is the right opportunity for you. Here are a few of the qualifications that can assist you to Hear Needs and Respond Quickly in your new position:

• Basic Computer Skills
• Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Electronic Hospital Referral Platforms
• Understanding of Referral Assessment Process
• Basic Understanding of Managed Care Pre-Authorization Process

We have developed a reasonable budgeted census for our Center and offer exciting and obtainable quarterly and annual bonus incentive plan.
