Givens MD Facial Plastics | Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our team!

We are a physician-led, medically driven facial plastics and aesthetics practice dedicated to providing personalized care and beautiful, natural-looking results. We’re looking for an experienced provider who combines strong clinical knowledge with an artistic eye and shares our commitment to creating thoughtful, individualized treatment plans for every patient.

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on each patient’s anatomy, concerns, and goals

• Administer injectable treatments, including Botox and other neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators

• Educate patients on treatment options, realistic expectations, aftercare, and long-term aesthetic plans

• Build trusted, lasting relationships with patients through exceptional communication and continuity of care

• Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, clinical documentation, and treatment protocols

• Collaborate with our physician and aesthetics team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care

• Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare and complementary aesthetic treatments when indicated

• Stay current on evolving injection techniques, products, safety protocols, and industry best practices

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is an experienced aesthetic injector who is confident, compassionate, detail-oriented, and passionate about achieving refined, natural-looking outcomes.

• Current and unrestricted professional licensure appropriate for aesthetic injectable treatments in the state of Iowa

• Prior hands-on experience administering neuromodulators and dermal fillers

• Experience with biostimulators and medical-grade skincare preferred

• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, facial aging, and aesthetic assessment

• Excellent consultation, communication, and patient education skills

• A strong commitment to patient safety and ethical treatment recommendations

• An artistic eye with an appreciation for balance, proportion, and subtle enhancement

• The ability to thrive in a collaborative, professional, and fast-paced environment
