Our client, a thriving and family-owned construction organization, is seeking a highly personable, energetic, and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention efforts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, networking within the community, attending career fairs, partnering with schools and workforce programs, and serving as a key resource for both candidates and employees throughout the employment lifecycle. What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding
• Recruit for a variety of skilled trades, operational, professional, and leadership positions
• Build relationships with trade schools, colleges, workforce programs, and community partners
• Attend job fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Partner with hiring leaders to identify workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Create an exceptional experience for candidates and employees
• Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire integration
• Maintain recruiting systems, candidate records, and hiring documentation
• Serve as a trusted resource for both prospective and current employees

What We're Looking For

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

Highly personable, outgoing, and relationship-focused

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience recruiting within construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, logistics, or related industries preferred

Passion for networking, community involvement, and relationship building

Willingness to travel as needed throughout Arkansas and nearby states
