We’re looking for an experienced BICSI Certified Technician to join a growing team and lead field installation projects.

Location: Springfield, MO

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support crews on copper and fiber installation projects
  • Oversee structured cabling and fiber deployments
  • Coordinate with customers, project managers, and field teams
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and scheduling standards
  • Handle field changes and MAC requests with confidence and technical judgment

What We’re Looking For

  • BICSI Level 2 Copper Installer Certification
  • BICSI Level 2 Fiber Installer Certification
  • BICSI Certified Technician (BICSI TECH)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in cabling and fiber installation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel as projects are nationwide
