Founders Erin, Katie, and Michelle started Embark FJ during the height of COVID with a vision to bring something unique to our hometown of Lafayette. From e-commerce and pop-ups to a beautiful first showroom, Embark offers customers a chance to shop fine and demi-fine jewelry, experience services like ear piercings and permanent bracelets—all while enjoying a glass of champagne. Our mission is simple: break the mold of a traditional jewelr.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build genuine client relationships

• Assist with showroom appointments, walk-ins, and special events

• Support piercing and permanent jewelry services

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment

• Complete transactions with accuracy and professionalism

• Help with inventory tasks, merchandising, and product knowledge

Ideal Candidate

• Warm, professional demeanor with strong communication skills

• Enthusiasm for beautiful jewelry and helping others discover their style

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable with clienteling, POS systems, and retail operations

• Weekday/Weekend availability is required
