Location: Laredo, TX

Type: Full-Time, Permanent – Multiple Federal Projects in Texas

Current Focus: $60M Ground-Up National Guard Readiness Facility

We are hiring a Federal Construction QCM to oversee all field operations on a major, ground-up federal project in Texas. You will be the QCM, driving quality, reporting, commissioning and client satisfaction through closeout.

We are specifically looking for someone who has successfully run federal quality projects and reporting of $40M+. In return, you’ll receive strong compensation, great project pipeline and participation in an industry-leading Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of QCM ON vertical construction experience on federal/DoD projects
• Proven performance on large-scale DoD projects
• Experience working with the Department of Defense and/or the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) on major projects
• Experience working in a SCIF environment is a strong plus!
• Proven experience in Three phase quality control
• Numerous projects commissioning close out
• EM 385-1-1
• OSHA 30
• CQMC
