As a DCW, you’ll provide one-on-one support that helps individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily living and personal care needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meals and light household activities
• Assist with mobility and daily routines
• Be a reliable, encouraging presence for the individuals you support
