Project Manager – Federal DoD Military Vertical Construction Ground up Design Build

Location: Colorado Springs, CO (Onsite), OR Rapid City SD 2 Positions - available due to Internal promotions

$40M - $80M+ Design-Build: Federal

Full-Time | Permanent

100% Employee-Owned Federal GC seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with strong DoD and USACE experience. Leading large-scale CONUS military DoD, projects in a safety-driven, high-performance environment, with an exceptional team and leadership. Most recently awarded one of the Best places to Work as well as elevation to CMMC2 level

Must Have

  • 5+ years as a Project Manager w/ complex Federal DoD builds
  • Direct USACE (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) project experience preferred
  • Vertical construction expertise as these are not Civil or Environmental projects
  • Experience with projects that include SCIF work
  • Managed projects $35M to $80M
  • Proficiency with RMS, Procore, Primavera P6
