Director of Sales $175-185K

Executive Search Placement is currently partnering with a national CPG company headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, in search of a Director of Sales to lead the national sales organization and drive the company's next stage of growth.

This is a highly visible leadership role for a financially strong, rapidly growing manufacturer, offering the opportunity to own the company's largest strategic national accounts and shape sales strategy at the highest level.

Compensation: $175-185K/Benefits/401K/+Match

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior point of contact for major national retail accounts, including Home Depot, Walmart, Kroger, Costco, and Sam's Club
• Own the national sales strategy and revenue plan, leading negotiation and closure of key customer agreements
• Lead and develop a nationwide sales team and broker/representative network
• Build annual sales forecasts and quotas by region and territory
• Partner with Marketing to align go-to-market strategy, pricing, and brand positioning
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends to proactively adjust strategy and account plans
• Identify and develop new distribution channels to expand national footprint

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of sales and key account experience in CPG
• Proven track record in enterprise selling and client base expansion
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills within a national account environment
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated leadership managing high-performing sales teams
• Ability to travel extensively
