Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee our construction projects, particularly in the areas of pile driving and deep foundations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marine construction and heavy civil projects, ensuring that all operations are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects, focusing on pile driving and deep foundations.
- Ensure project compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues that may arise on-site, implementing effective solutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in marine construction and heavy civil projects.
- Strong knowledge of pile driving and deep foundations techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Relevant certifications in construction management or safety are a plus.
