$130,000–$180,000 DOE
Billable Requirement: 1,800–1,900 Hours
I’m currently partnering with a full-service U.S. business law firm that is looking to add an experienced Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney to its established Charlotte team.
This is a strong opportunity for an attorney looking to handle sophisticated healthcare and professional liability matters while taking on meaningful responsibility throughout the life cycle of a case.
The work will include
- Medical malpractice defense
- Healthcare and professional liability claims
- Medical negligence matters
- Catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases
- Hospital and physician liability
- Complex civil litigation
The ideal candidate will have
- 3+ years of relevant litigation experience
- Active North Carolina Bar admission
- Strong research, writing, advocacy, and case management skills
- Medical malpractice or healthcare defense experience preferred
