Bilingual Receptionist

We're looking for a bilingual client experience professional to be the welcoming, steady voice of our law firm. This is more than answering phones — you'll be the person who makes clients feel heard and taken care of, often during some of the most stressful moments of their lives. Previous legal office experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, courts, judges' chambers, and other callers
- Handle calls involving offers, settlements, and case updates with professionalism and discretion
- De-escalate and support upset, anxious, or frustrated clients with empathy and patience
- Deliver a consistently positive, calm client experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Accurately triage and route calls to the appropriate attorney or paralegal
- Schedule consultations, court calls, and follow-ups Maintain strict confidentiality around case and client information
- Support front-office operations: greeting visitors, managing mail, light administrative tasks

Requirements
- Bilingual fluency (English/[specify language) — required
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment — required
- Proven ability to manage difficult conversations and strong personalities with composure
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with legal terminology, court procedures, and case management software a plus
