Director HR Business Partner

We are partnering with a global market leader on a critical Director, Human Resources Business Partner search. This role is a high-visibility business partner position supporting R. You will collaborate directly with the President and senior leadership team, driving people strategy aligned with financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leadership, translating business priorities into actionable people and organizational strategies.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives across a complex, global organization.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing for critical leadership and technical talent.
• Coach senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, performance, leadership capability, and change management.
• Partner across HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR teams to execute enterprise talent and people initiatives.
• Support an organization with a significant manufacturing, operations, and technical employee population across multiple global locations.
• Leverage workforce data and business insights to identify organizational risks, capability gaps, and opportunities to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally including experience at the Director level or equivalent.
• Proven success as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting senior executives in a large, global, matrixed organization.
• Deep expertise in organizational design, succession planning, talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy directly to operational and commercial objectives.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizations through transformation, restructuring, or significant organizational change.
• Manufacturing, medical device, semi-conductor or similarly complex, and regulated technical industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work HYBRID onsite in Union City, CA.

Compensation

• $280-340K all-inclusive DOE
