Lincoln Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist for a leading outpatient rehabilitation organization in San Angelo, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapy interventions
  • Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Educate patients and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation team members

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Texas PT license (or eligible for licensure)
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
