• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with no call, no weekends, and no nights
• 4-day workweek may be considered for the right candidate
• Hospital-employed position focused on proactive and preventive medicine
• See 14 patients per day in a value-based geriatric care model
• Dedicated 65+ patient panel emphasizing keeping patients out of the hospital
• Join a collaborative team of 2 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners
• Board-certified Geriatrician, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine physician preferred
