We're hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we're here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best.

Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 260-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

What to Expect

Start Date: 8/10/26

Salary: $18.08–$19.65/hour, plus a 5% Mobile Premium and applicable weekend differential.

Schedule During Training

Mon-Fri for 10 weeks. 8am-430pm (first two weeks) and 9am-530pm for the remainder of the 10 weeks.

Schedule After Training

Full-Time, with variable hours between 5am and 11pm. There are two schedules: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday

Travel Expectations: Our Mobile Phlebotomists can travel with the Phlebotomy team up to a 260 mile range from Spokane. Overnights occur weekly with Hotel and meals covered!

As a Phlebotomist, you'll get to

  • High School Diploma or GED - Required
  • Active driver's license with a clean driving record - Required
