Kitchen Sales Professional – Cabinetry (Rochester, NY)

$60,000–$90,000 Base + Commission | Full-Time | In-Person

We’re hiring a salesperson who knows kitchens.

VHI Cabinet Specialties is a Rochester-based custom cabinet manufacturer with nearly 40 years of experience.

This is a sales-first role. You’ll build relationships, respond to leads, take measurements, create functional cabinet plans, present solutions, and close.

What you must have

• 3+ years sales experience (kitchens/cabinetry/remodeling preferred)

• Working knowledge of kitchen design software (ex: 2020 or ProKitchen)

• Comfort discussing budgets + pricing

• Strong follow-up and pipeline habits
