Bridal Stylist | Josephine’s Bridal

Location: Duluth, Minnesota

Josephine’s Bridal is looking for an enthusiastic, sales-driven Bridal Stylist to join our team!

Our Bridal Stylists are at the heart of the Josephine’s experience. You’ll work one-on-one with brides to understand their vision, help them find a gown they feel incredible in, and create an experience they’ll remember long after they say “YES!”

What You’ll Do

  • Lead personalized, one-on-one bridal appointments
  • Get to know each bride’s style, vision, wedding, and budget
  • Recommend gowns, veils, accessories, and other bridal pieces
  • Guide brides through the entire styling and purchasing experience
  • Use your sales experience to confidently educate, recommend, and help brides make decisions
  • Create a fun, comfortable, and celebratory atmosphere for brides and their guests
  • Build genuine relationships with brides while providing exceptional customer service
  • Celebrate all of those unforgettable “YES!” moments
  • Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and welcoming boutique
  • Collaborate with the Josephine’s team and contribute to the continued growth of our bridal experience
