Job Title: Office Support Worker

Location: 325 W. Gaines St., Tallahassee, FL 32399

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Customer service specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants. (This will renew for next fiscal year).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

-High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

-Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

-Comfortable using computers.

-Experience working with customer support as a plus

-Must have strong job tenure

Ability to speak and understand English. Required

Experience in a professional work environment Required 2 Years

Experience working with customer support as a plus. Required 6 Months
