Senior Project Manager - Big-Box Retail Construction

Locations Available:

  • Issaquah, Washington OR Lexington, Kentucky

We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager with a nationally recognized General Contractor to lead big-box grocery store construction projects across the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead large-scale, ground-up retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout (average project size: 150,000+ SF)
  • Oversee project schedules and drive performance strict timelines
  • Coordinate across design, engineering, and field teams
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and execution

What You Bring

  • Ground-Up Construction management experience
  • Proven experience leading large scale projects
  • Background in retail, big box, warehouse, or distribution center projects preferred

Travel

  • Approximately 3–4 days per month, typically once per month
