Logistics & Inventory Clerk

About the Role

Prairie Band, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Clerk to support daily warehouse and logistics operations in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This full-time role is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and an organized, safe work environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a warehouse or work-yard environment. The position may also involve delivering electrical equipment to client job sites, so a clean motor vehicle record is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and discrepancies.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work-yard environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts when certified.
• Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Complete forklift certification training provided by the company.
• Potentially deliver electrical equipment to client job sites using a company truck during working hours.
• Perform additional job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move items as required for the position.
• Ability to work in an outdoor work-yard environment with varying temperatures.
• Clean motor vehicle record for potential client-site deliveries.
• Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, and gripping.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience.
• Experience working with inventory systems.
• Electrical knowledge or experience.
• Forklift experience or certification.

Work Arrangement & Schedule

• Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States
• Work Arrangement: Onsite
• Employment Type: Full-time, non-exempt
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Work is performed in a warehouse/work-yard environment.
• Potential client-site deliveries may be required.
• Company truck is available for work-related use during working hours only.

Prairie Band, LLC is subject to Title 22: Employment Code of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation. This position is designated as a TIER 2 position, and preference will be given to individuals to the extent required pursuant to Section 22-2-4(B).
