Senior Accountant

Executive Search Placement is partnering with an excellent Manufacturing & Gaming Company in Las Vegas who is in search of a Senior Accountant to support their shared services Accounting Function across a family of privately held companies with a primary focus on manufacturing operations and multi-entity corporate accounting.

Compensation: $95,000–$105,000, DOE

What You'll Own

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation (GAAP)
• Month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• General ledger integrity and internal controls
• Intercompany accounting, cost allocations, and multi-entity consolidations
• ERP data management (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
• Multi-jurisdiction tax filings (Sales & Use, Payroll, State B&O, Nevada MBT/Commerce Tax)
• Manufacturing cost accounting, job costing, and inventory valuation
• Financial and cost-analysis support to hospitality/gaming operations
• Audit support, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong GAAP and private-company reporting background
• Multi-entity/intercompany accounting and consolidations experience
• Manufacturing cost accounting experience
• Hands-on ERP experience, Business Central strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• CPA or CPA candidate a plus
