We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Farm & Ranch Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team in San Angelo, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive and experienced team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Open to all levels – from entry-level to seasoned professionals

Compensation: Based on experience

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support clients with their Farm & Ranch insurance needs
  • Process renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
  • Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to provide top-tier service
  • Stay informed on insurance products, market trends, and regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented attitude with a passion for customer service
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the industry
  • Prior insurance experience is a plus, but not required
  • Current P&C license is helpful – or willingness to obtain
