Customer Advocacy Specialist at BairesDev

We are looking for a Customer Advocacy Specialist to support the identification, development, and activation of customer advocates across our client base. You will help produce social proof assets and maintain relationships with key advocates to amplify the brand's credibility in the market.

What You'll Do:

- Identify and recruit customer advocates from the existing client base through proactive outreach and collaboration with account teams.

- Coordinate the production of case studies, testimonials, video stories, and peer review submissions.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer reference program, including tracking requests and fulfillment.

- Maintain and update the customer advocacy database, ensuring advocate profiles and assets are current.

- Support the planning and execution of customer appreciation initiatives and advocacy events.

- Work with marketing and sales teams to deploy advocacy content at the right stages of the buyer journey.

- 3+ years of experience in customer advocacy, client marketing, or customer success.

- Experience coordinating case study and testimonial production from interviews through final approval.

- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage and motivate customers as brand advocates.

- Organized and detail-oriented with experience managing reference pipelines and content assets.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and advocacy platforms to track program activity and outcomes.
