Job Overview

One of our clients is seeking an experienced

RPLS Project Manager to oversee surveying projects, manage client relationships, support production activities, and ensure quality project deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience along with an active

Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a Texas Surveyor's license.
  • Manage surveying projects from planning through completion while maintaining quality, schedule, and client expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and staff.
  • Prioritize tasks and make independent decisions in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Mentor and guide production teams to support project success.
  • Provide technical expertise with:
    • Conventional surveying methods
    • Robotic surveying equipment
    • GPS Static and RTK surveying
    • Survey datums
  • Proficiency with Civil 3D and Carlson software required; experience with MicroStation and TBC is a plus.
  • Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for field data collection and project deliverables.
  • Support safety and survey ethics policies.
  • Assist with business development activities and proposal preparation.
  • Manage projects involving:
    • ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
    • Boundary Surveys
    • Topographic Surveys
    • Design Surveys
    • Route Surveys
    • Construction Surveys
    • Oil & Gas Survey Projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • New Mexico Surveyor's license is a plus.
