AutismCOE is a multi-site ABA therapy provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, individualized behavior analytic services to children and families across Virginia, North Carolina, and Maryland. We're growing our clinical team and looking for passionate BCBAs to join us, with both hybrid and in-person work options available.

Position Summary

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, and providing clinical supervision to ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and other developmental/skill assessments
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs/BTs
  • Analyze data and adjust programming based on client progress
  • Conduct parent/caregiver training and maintain regular family communication
  • Ensure documentation complies with payer, state, and BACB requirements
  • Provide clinical mentorship and case consultation to BCBAs and BCaBAs
  • Support onboarding and training of new clinical staff
  • Lead or contribute to clinical quality initiatives and program development
  • Manage a caseload, which may include higher-complexity cases or multi-site oversight
  • Assist with clinical audits and compliance reviews
  • Serve as a point of clinical escalation for complex cases

Qualifications

Required

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Active or eligible state licensure (VA, NC, or MD as applicable)
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
  • Reliable transportation for multi-site/in-home visits (if applicable)

Preferred

  • Experience with Central Reach or similar practice management software
  • Bilingual candidates a plus
