Infusion Nurse

Home Infusion RN Opportunity – Montgomery, AL!

We’re hiring a Registered Nurse to provide in-home infusion therapy and skilled nursing care to patients throughout the Montgomery area.

Location: Montgomery, AL 36117

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $45–$50/hr + Benefits

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing and IV infusion therapy in patients’ homes

• Complete patient assessments and develop/implement individualized care plans

• Administer IV medications, start peripheral IVs, and maintain IV access

• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and care needs

• Monitor patient response, identify potential adverse reactions, and communicate changes in condition

• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in care planning/discharge planning

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while working independently in the home setting

Requirements

• Active RN license in the applicable state(s)

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel to patient homes

• Strong assessment, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to work independently and provide safe, high-quality patient care
