Local Team Collaboration
- We take pride in our well-established team at Northwest Medical Center of 10 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APP), with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator.
- Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.
- This is an academic hospital, and we manage the internal medicine residency program.
Qualifications
- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
- We provide in-house licensing, and credentialing support.
- In-house Immigration support and we can sponsor HHS J1 candidates.
Scheduling
- This is a part time position; you will work a 7-day stretch each month.
Key Responsibilities
- Average census of 18-19 per doctor.
- Rapids are managed by residents.
- There is a swing APP who will be on until 11pm and will help cover admissions and cross call.
- Strong vascular team for PICC line, and great RT team for intubations.
- Our EMR is Cerner.

Rewards And Compensation
- Day Shift Rate of $1,750 and Night Shift Rate of $2,000.
- Eligible for RVU and Quality bonus.
- Full Benefits including CME allowance.
