Pay rate: Starting at $30.00 per hour (DOE)

Working hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operate and work proficiently with rigid industrial pipe threaders and related equipment.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with thread gauges and proper pipe-threading practices.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and piping plans accurately.
  • Complete plumbing and piping tasks in accordance with prints, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within complex piping systems using sound problem-solving skills.
  • Safely work in confined spaces and awkward positions while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate the physical stamina and agility required to perform pipefitting duties in various work environments.
  • Safely and effectively use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and pipefitting equipment.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, accuracy, and workmanship throughout all assigned tasks.
  • Be willing and able to cross-train in other skilled trades or areas of the operation as needed to support team and project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Must have strong mechanical skills and experience with basic hand and light power tools.
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and may occasionally lift over 50 lbs, where employee assistance is required.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to do basic computer tasks.
