Schedule: Monday-Friday (Day Shift), 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Setting: Outpatient

Job Summary

We are seeking a Pulmonologist to join an outpatient practice in Macon, GA. The position is open to experienced physicians and qualified 2027 pulmonary residents

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pulmonary care, inpatient consultations, and procedures as needed.
• See approximately 20 patients per day on average.
• Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers.
• Oversee clinical support staff and contribute to innovative care models.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local primary care providers.
• Participate in mentoring and training of clinical team members.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. with pulmonary credentials.
• Board Certification in Pulmonology.
• Sleep certification preferred.
• Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain one through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
• Active DEA license.
