AtWork Professional is hiring a seasoned full-desk recruiter to launch and grow our first corporate branch. This is a unique opportunity to operate like an owner, with the security of a competitive base salary, unlimited commission potential, corporate support, technology, marketing resources, and an established business model.

• Build a recruiting and search practice in the professional niche of your choice

• Lead business development, client relationships, recruiting, and fulfillment

• Help us test new programs and technology

• Coach and support future AtWork Professional franchise owners

• Have the opportunity to transition the business into your own AtWork franchise

The role is location-flexible, with approximately 2–5 days per month in our Knoxville, Tennessee corporate office.

You will operate the business under our guidance for at least 12 months, with the potential to move into ownership within the first 24 months, or remain the leader of the corporate office by mutual agreement.
