What You’ll Do

  • Own the full recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across various industries

  • Partner with sales and hiring teams to build tailored talent strategies

  • Use creative outreach and smart tools to find top talent

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates

  • Stay sharp on market trends, roles, and recruiting best practices

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)

  • Great communication and relationship-building skills

  • Driven, fast-paced, and goal-oriented

  • Experience with sourcing platforms, ATS tools, and LinkedIn

  • Background in sales or bilingual in Spanish? Even better
