Body Technician – Automotive

Beavers is hiring a detail-oriented Body Technician to perform high-quality autobody repairs on light and heavy-duty vehicles. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong repair skills and a commitment to safety and OEM standards.

Compensation & Schedule

• Flat rate: $20–$40 per flag hour (based on experience)
• Full-time, benefits-eligible
• Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Perform autobody repairs on light and heavy-duty vehicles
• Review damage reports; inspect for structural/frame damage
• Remove/replace damaged components (bumpers, fenders, hoods, etc.)
• Realign frames and chassis to repair structural damage
• Perform welding and finishing as needed
• Restore vehicles to OEM standards while reducing cycle times
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• 3+ years of relevant autobody repair experience
• Proficiency with frame equipment, measuring systems, and welders a plus
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and teamwork
