Dispensing Optician - Evansville, IN

Armada Optical Services, Inc is searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Optician to join our team. Our ideal candidate will hold (or in the process of) an OAK License. The optician will represent Armada Optical Services, Inc. and provide on-site fitting and dispensing services to our Western Kentucky customers. When not on-site, the optician will also do in house fitting and dispensing at the Evansville office. No weekends required. All orders will be processed at our in house lab.

Founded in 1990, Armada provides lab services and safety eyewear for over 200 companies and doctors across the US. Our safety eyewear inventory is extensive, fashionable and meets or exceeds OSHA and ANSI requirements.

License to Dispense in Kentucky

Clear and professional communication skills

Detail oriented

Ability to calculate figures and amounts

Ability to take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear

Ability to do minor adjustments and repairs

Reliable transportation
