Role Summary

As a Lead Generator, you create a friendly, professional first connection with customers and help turn quick conversations into qualified in-home consultation appointments. This role supports our in-store outreach by ensuring interested homeowners are identified, informed, and scheduled accurately.

Key responsibilities include greeting and engaging people as they pass, sharing a brief overview of our home comfort solutions, asking a few simple qualifying questions, and scheduling appointments while capturing lead details clearly and consistently.

Required Knowledge And Skills

• Strong verbal communication; comfortable speaking with a wide range of customers
• Basic sales and customer service fundamentals (lead generation experience is a plus)
• Careful attention to accuracy when documenting information

A Typical Shift

With a flexible schedule, you’ll travel using your own personal transportation to your assigned location and get set up to be visible and ready for steady foot traffic. Much of your time is spent standing, staying approachable, and pacing yourself through busy periods and quieter stretches. You’ll work independently, keep your area orderly, and use your phone to enter information into an app as you go. At the end of the shift, you’ll wrap up your entries, confirm your information is complete, and head out knowing you helped connect homeowners to the right next step.

Salary: $16.90 - $25.00 per hour
