Countertop Territory Sales Manager - Rapid City Region

Creative Surfaces Inc; a National manufacturing company of custom store fixtures, signage, and

countertops for retail, automotive, and casino industry with manufacturing facilities in Sioux

Falls, SD and Rapid City, SD is seeking Sales coordinator for our Rapid City, SD Countertop

Division.

This position will sell primarily Cambria countertops as well as other solid surface, laminate and

other tops through our dealer network, contractors and architects. Creative Surfaces Inc offers

competitive wage, paid time off, Insurance and 401k. This is a salary plus commission-based

position.

Requirements To Include But Not Limited To

• 1–3 years of proven experience preferred in stone/countertop or construction sales
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities with tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation, team leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• May be required to work evenings or weekends on occasion
• Current Drivers License with clean driving record

Essential Duties

• Lead Generation: Find and pursue new sales opportunities through client outreach and

market research.

• Call on dealer network and local contractors to promote and sell countertops
• Pipeline Tracking: Monitor project budgets, track revenue forecasts, and report metrics using

CRM tools

• Sales & Showroom Consultation: Guide clients through countertop selections, provide

accurate price quotes, and close sales.

• Coordinate with Industry Partner Reps to match products to customer needs
• Provide quotes for Cambria potential orders
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Connect with internal support teams to create job packets that

include quote and drawing approvals from customers, submittal to production team and

invoice requests.

• Communication: Serve as the single point of contact for clients and subcontractors to resolve

on-site issues smoothly.

• Attend Local and Regional Home Shows & Marketing Events as needed
